Taylor grew up locally in Nome, TX. After graduating from Hardin-Jefferson High School in 2015, Taylor moved to Waco, TX where she attended Baylor University. She graduated from Baylor in May of 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She chose to continue her education at Baylor, graduating with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in August 2020. During her time in graduate school, she served in a variety of settings including: Language and Literacy Clinic, General Clinic, Elementary Schools, Voice Clinic, and Baptist Hospital.
After 5 years in Waco, she moved back to the area to work in both the home-health and private practice setting. She completed her Clinical Fellowship at Beyond Words. Taylor currently holds a Texas License in Speech Language Pathology Hearing Association (ASHA). She has experience with a variety of pediatric patients and diagnoses including: early communication, those who would benefit from AAC, Phonology/Articulation Disorders, CAS, Autism, Receptive/Expressive Language Disorders/Delays, and Language-Based Literacy Disorders.
Taylor resides in Beaumont, TX, with her husband, Colin. They have been married since October of 2020. She enjoys traveling to new places, weightlifting, doing anything outdoors, spending time with her friends and family, eating yummy sweets, and hunting for all of the good restaurants. Taylor has a passion for building relationships with patients and their families. She strives to provide the best care to the kiddos she has the privilege to serve.
