For her graduate degree, Caitlyn moved on to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas; acquiring her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2017. Caitlyn began her career in San Antonio, Texas at Pediatric Therapy Specialists, LLC. Since her first position, she has moved back to Southeast Texas where she has continued to work in the pediatric outpatient setting, along with gaining home health and public-school experience. Caitlyn joined Beyond Words in January 2019, helping the established team grow to provide Occupational Therapy services! She was hired in a leadership role, hoping to build a strong Occupational Therapy program that would benefit the children being served.

Fast forward to 2022, Caitlyn is married to her best friend, Alex, and they have a beautiful daughter, Aubrey. In addition to keeping up with their little girl, three fur babies keep them busy and active. Caitlyn and her family continue to reside in the Beaumont area. Over her career time, Caitlyn has gained experience in the following areas: play therapy, cognitive based therapy, handwriting, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, behavioral disorders, ADHD/ADD, and Anxiety.
